Our Fall Protection Services feature specialised anchoring systems—the Multipost and SpotAnchor—designed specifically for hot deck roofs. These solutions minimise thermal bridging, ensure guaranteed watertightness, and are compatible with all modern roofing membranes, offering a reliable safety solution for retrofitting or new construction.
We provide systems that are undeformable yet energy-absorbing, ensuring superior protection for workers maintaining complex hot deck surfaces.
We focus on delivering high-performance technical advantages tailored to hot deck environments:
The Multipost and SpotAnchor are uniquely designed for hot deck roofs. Only the toggle bolt passes through the insulation, a feature that significantly minimizes thermal bridges and preserves the building’s energy efficiency.
Watertightness is guaranteed by a roofing collar, which is prefitted in the factory using compatible materials like bitumen or PVC-P. This ensures seamless integration with the existing membrane, including TPO, FPO, and EPDM.
These systems are highly versatile and can be retrofitted easily on existing buildings. High-resistance toggle bolts enable secure fixing on common hot deck substrates, including corrugated metal sheets, wooden panels, or precast concrete.
For modern constructions utilising wooden panels, the SecuRope lifeline is installed directly onto the robust SpotAnchor. The SpotAnchor utilises a reinforced toggle bolt (FAS005) that distributes forces across a large surface area for secure attachment. The main structure of the anchor is undeformable for lasting stability.
The system is energy absorbing, increasing safety in the event of a fall. It is approved for up to 4 users (EN).
The maximum span between anchors is 12m (39′), and the minimum radius for curved sections is 250mm (9.8″). Both the Multipost and SpotAnchor systems are compatible with our high-quality SecuRope 2012 and SecuRail Pro lifelines.
The Hot Deck Bracket systems are essential for providing safe access on all low-slope commercial and industrial roofs built with hot deck assemblies. This includes buildings with:
Bituminous, TPO, FPO, EPDM, or PVC-P membranes Substrates including wooden panels and precast concrete Complex roofscapes requiring retrofitted safety measures
All installations using the Multipost and SpotAnchor are performed by certified technicians, ensuring adherence to the most stringent international standards for fall protection: EN 795:2012 Type C, CEN/TS 16415:2013, and ASSP/ANSI Z359.6 & CSA259.16.
