The SecuRope 2012 lifeline is attached to beams through a system of clamps, which enables a solid fixation without drilling. This ensures a quick and easy installation process, minimizing downtime for your operations. The design is harmonized for standard beams with a flange ranging from 50mm to 300mm (2″ to 11.8″).
The system is undeformable, offering high stability. It is approved for 4 users (EN). The SecuRope 2012 lifeline with crimping rings is designed to stop a fall with very low cable deflection, which is critical in industrial settings with limited fall clearance. Users experience smooth movements along the lifeline, enhancing safety and efficiency.
The fixing can be clamped perpendicularly or in parallel to the axis of the exerted force, providing maximum installation flexibility. The components are made from durable stainless steel. We also offer fixing assemblies for both vertical fastening on steel columns using clamps (IDF051) and fastening on a steel beam using a backplate (IDF055). The backplate fixing is also usable on wood and concrete.
The maximum span between anchors is 15m (49′). The system is compatible with a comprehensive range of Fallprotec products: SecuRope 2012, SecuRope EVO, Secura, SecuRail Pro, and SafeAccess.
