Non-Penetrative Fixing and Roof Integrity

The fixing bracket for the standing seam roof is clamped onto the seam and does not require any perforation. This is a critical advantage as it eliminates all drilling, preserving the roof’s watertightness and warranty. The clamps combine high pull-out and shear strength for secure attachment.

Energy and Thermal Management

The system completely absorbs the thermal expansion and contraction (dilatation) of the standing seam roof, preventing stress on the anchors and maintaining system integrity throughout temperature cycles. The system is energy-absorbing in the event of a fall.

Versatility and Materials

The system is approved for up to 4 users (EN). It is made from high-quality aluminium and stainless steel components, and is also available in copper, providing options to match existing roof materials and ensure long-term durability.

We provide a wide range of clamps (such as IDF042 S5-E, IDF045 S5-Z, IDF043 S5-S, and IDF041 Copper S5-B) to match corresponding standing seam roof profiles, including those with double folds or shaped bulbs.

System Specifications

The maximum span between anchors is 12m (39′), and the minimum radius for curved sections is 250mm (9.8″). The system is compatible with both the SecuRope 2012 and SecuRail Pro systems.
