Load Distribution and Energy Absorption

The fixing bracket for cold deck roofs has a unique design that ensures a homogeneous distribution of the pull-out force on the cold deck roof. The bracket is fixed on the corrugated metal sheet with self-drilling screws that are specially designed for their high pull-out strength.

Combined with the energy absorbing mechanism of the SecuRope 2012 lifeline, it is the best system for fragile roofs. The system also absorbs the natural dilatation and contraction of the roof sheets due to temperature changes.

System Specifications

The system is approved for up to 4 users (EN). The maximum span between anchors is 10m, and the minimum radius for curved sections is 400mm.

Waterproofing and Compatibility

The sealing tape in EPDM ensures the watertightness of the fixing detail. The system is compatible with both the SecuRope 2012 and SecuRail Pro systems, offering flexibility for different height safety needs. The system includes the NEO Anchor (LDV043) on a dedicated fixing assembly, all constructed from durable stainless steel.
